"I have always had a great experience with Xoom. Occasionally their partner banks make it difficult for recipient to pick up the money. But Xoom's customer service is excellent and always helps and resolves the issue. It is reat reliable service and I have tried several others. Xoom is by far the best of them all!!!!

"I been using Xoom for years and all been good, this the 1st time that I need to contact customer service.
My transaction was lost and still don't have an answer from Xoom.
On my 1st call standard customer service approach, provided all the information to xoom to prove that the deposit wasn't in my mom's account, so they told me that they will take care of the issue, some days passed and no updates, I called again and they say that they requested their partner for updates and they told me again that they will update me with an email, then I called again after a week and still nothing, same answer from customer service that they are requesting status from their partner... How long it takes to track an electronic transaction??? I requested to speak with the manager and nothing.

I sent her money using xoom fine first time.
I attempted to send a second transaction with plenty of money in my account and was informed my transaction was under review. I called customer service who asked nosy questions about why i was sending money and future frequency.
I recieved an email that after review my account was closed.
I appealed to Xoom to inquire why and was told they can cancel anyone, anytime with no further explanation.
