"This company is TERRIBLE!!! I just bought a Tankstick and I had problems with the MAME software. After calling and leaving messages over three days no one called me back. Then, after I complained to the CSR (which is just a person that answers phone calls for them), I got a very rude person tell me that they don't provide any kind of support. He said that I was rude for expecting any kind of support. I'm going to return it because it's of no use to me if the software doesn't work. Additionally, when I mentioned this issue with the person that spoke to me, he simply said that he didn't care (too bad in other words). If you want to see for yourself before you buy one, just call them and leave a message - you'll never get a call back, that is, unless you want to spend money."
"Purchased a X-Arcade dual joystick with the yobo wire attachments. Playstation 3 came out with a update recently that made the Dual joystick incompatible. I posted my concern on their website and customer support responded promptly. They offered to send me new attachments that works with my ps3 and only ask if I send the old ones back. Appreciate the prompt responses and offering the new attachments. My customer support rep is Jeremy K. Case #17855 Thank you ! "I placed an order on 8/29/2007 and received the item this afternoon 9/4/2007. Item was shipped DHL ground which was both reliable and fast (Especially considering it was free). I ordered the dual controller which is built well and overall a high quality product. You can tell that they take pride in what they build. The only problem I have had is when I was placing the order. The page where your credit card and other information is submitted is not secure. My browser popped up a warning and there was no logo for a secure page. I sent an email to their customer service address and president Shawn regarding this issue and haven't heard anything back (The email was sent on the 29th when I placed my order). "
"Ordered one of their X-Arcade Solo arcade joysticks, along with two of the console adapters, on December 29, received it on the 31st--that quickly with free shipping! I have not had to contact customer support because the arcade stick is so high-quality, and there is plenty of setup information on their Web site that I didn't even need to look at the included paper manual. So far the stick has worked flawlessly. The company also sent many e-mails with more information on how to use the stick on your PC with MAME, as well as tracking information. I would not hesitate to order from these guys again."
