"I had been shopping for authentic Dell PA-12 power adapters and came across PCRMicro. They have their address and phone clearly listed on their site which was a plus however they only had 3 of the adapters I needed in stock. I called and the owner of the company picked up the phone after 3 rings. He said he would have more adapters in stock Monday and ship Monday. As scheduled the package shipped Monday and arrived today. I was VERY pleasently suprised. Not only had everything been packed perfect, but the upgraded version of the adapter was included. We were actually going to be placing an order for the upgraded adapters after the first shipment had arrived. What more can be said? The service was top notch, the support was top notch, they were on time, they answer the phones and they saved our company over $200. They have our future business without a doubt. I requested his store be added to Reseller Ratings due to my satisfaction and I want others to know about their customer service, reliability and overall positive experience. I don't write positive reviews often due to my limited time and busy schedule, but I had to for these guys."

"I placed an order on 8/29/2007 and received the item this afternoon 9/4/2007. Item was shipped DHL ground which was both reliable and fast (Especially considering it was free). I ordered the dual controller which is built well and overall a high quality product. You can tell that they take pride in what they build. The only problem I have had is when I was placing the order. The page where your credit card and other information is submitted is not secure. My browser popped up a warning and there was no logo for a secure page. I sent an email to their customer service address and president Shawn regarding this issue and haven't heard anything back (The email was sent on the 29th when I placed my order)."

"12 days after my order I have only received confirmation of my order. I have not received my item not have they have updated me about my shipment status or tracking number. They do not answer my emails. I only spent $10 but I have a feeling its long gone or that I will have to take up the issue with my credit card company."

"I placed an order on their site and the item was listed as in stock and I was told it would ship the following day. Two days later I received an email stating that the item was not in stock and that within two business days I would be fully refunded. It has now been 7 business days and I still have no refund. They are thiefs. I am having to go to the credit card company to get a refund through them. Never order from this merchant.
After three more days and another 5 emails. They have still not refunded my money. I am have filed a complaint with the area BBB, my credit card company and the local police. They will steal your money."

"I placed two orders. The first order came within two business days of being placed. The items came exactly as described, wonderful quality and quickly. After that order I decided to place a second order and thats where I have run into problems. It has been 7 business days since the order was placed and still don't have an item. I expected the item yesterday and had to have it by today at the latest, so hopefully it arrives. Given the recent delays in shipping I would still, without any doubts, place another order with Monoprice over any other seller out there.
EDIT: I just received a call from Monoprice regarding my order. They said it will be delivered today by UPS. They have the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Like I mentioned above, I would def order from them again, now I will also reccomend them to everyone I know who needs these materials."

"Items took 3 days to ship which in my opinion is about 2 to many. They provided tracking through their website however it always showed that I ordered 0 items. They provided a UPS tracking number however it showed only that billing info had been received. When I emailed them they said a trace was placed on the package and it would soon be updated on their site, however that never showed up. The items were delivered today without any problems. In spite of the lack of communication I think I would place another order with them. They deliver a good quality product for cheap prices.
UPDATE!
I have emailed them several more times regarding their issues all with no response. I will no longer place orders with them."
