"Ordered a watch Oct 27, 2011. on 12 November, I called and received no answer. On 17 November, I emailed and asked for the status of my order. On 22 Novemeber, I emailed again asking for status of my order or for a refund. I'm not expecting a response from this email either. Also, I got two confirmation numbers with my order, not sure why, but neither works. Don't buy from them, this is how we get rid of the trash, by letting others know how much they suck. Take lightly any "positive" reviews you read because I know from first hand (I worked for a shady company for a week before they asked me to do this) they have their employees and friends write positive reviews for their site. How many people really go around looking for reviewing sites to write positive reviews? Very few, if any."
"I ordered Fossil CH2586 at amazon (XcelWatches is Watch Colony on the amazon.com) to Russia. The item arrived on time but it was broken! The watch ticks, but neither crown nor pushers function. The crown came off when I pulled it to set the right time. Chronograph doesn't operate by pressing the pushers. I discovered two scratches on the back side of the case, it means the case had been opened before it was sent to me!
I informed the seller about it but he assured me that every issue had been checked before shipping! But it's not true to fact. The seller lies to his customers.Taking into account all the comments I think that such things happen quite often. The seller is not reliable at all!!! the seller knows pretty well that shipping back from Russia is connected with the buyer’s money loss. The seller counts on that. I am sure if I return the item the seller would charge me for the case opening. I asked the seller to cover the repair but he refused.
Don't buy anything at this shop!! "

"Ordered a cheap Casio watch from XcelWatches via Newegg. Watch arrived with a dead battery. The battery isn't replaceable so the watch is worthless. I've opened a dispute with PayPal because I am skeptical that XcelWatches will resolve this satisfactorily - they haven't responded to my email and their customer support phone number doesn't work.
XcelWatches aka BHZ Trading Inc. has a Better Business Bureau Rating of F (the worst) - caveat emptor.
Update - I contacted Newegg and they helped me get a refund. I get to keep the non-working watch as a memento."
"I bought a watch from seller xcelwatches on July 8 under order number through neweggmall marketplace at a cost of $135.95. It was delivered to me on on July 14. The watch does run right out of the box.
I submitted an RMA request through neweggmall on July 15, there is no response from the seller until I called neweggmall customer service and they intervened on July 16.
Xcelwatches suggested me to change the battery at a professional service and they will refund me the cost for that. So I changed the battery at my local Macy's on the same day at a cost of $15.79. I emailed them a scan of the service receipt on the same day, and they promised me with a refund of $15.79.
No refund has been made until I contacted them again on July 30, telling them I will have to dispute with my credit card if no refund.
They promised follow up with the refund but no response until I inquired again on Aug 4.
This time they claimed that they do not have my account information thus they cannot refund me (which appears very strange). Then they promised me to send me an money order for the amount. On Aug 5 they told me the money order was issued and will be mailed out the same day.
I received nothing until today - Aug 11. It usually take 2-3 days for a first class mail from TX to my home.
Now I realized that they actually did nothing more than reply my inquiries with "virtual solution" that they will never do."

Received email on Tuesday giving notice order had been shipped along with USPS tracking number.
Package arrived in mail on Thursday.
Watch was packed in a sturdy box. No shipping damage.
Watch was exactly what I wanted.

"Better stay away! I will never take my chances again to buy from them! I purchased a watch and paid by paypal, received the package tracking number later but never received the package. The USPS states it was delivered but it wasn't (never had a lost package issue before). I called several times their customer service. Each time the lady told me she would need to talk to the manager as he is not in and she would call me later. Never called me back. I basically wanted to work it out with them as I wasn't sure whose fault it was (theirs or USPS). My hopes were to get at least a discount on another watch if they couldn't give me my money back or send another free of charge. Each time I called the customer service the lady was not helpful repeating that she needs to speak with the manager again (who again was out). Finally (after about 2 weeks, which is now over one month after I paid for the watch) I called again today and the woman at the customer service remembered me and said that she talked with the manager and they wouldn't do anything about the issue. So I asked if I can get another watch discounted at least and if this time they could send the package INSURED (I said I was willing to pay extra for the insurance).They told me no and no. They don't have an option to insure the package! How come?!For me this sounds like a scam. So even though they are cheap-I will not risk another penny with this company! I lost my money and spent a month without the watch I wanted."
"This is my experience with this company to date:
I ordered a Timex 3D GPS Sensor T5F891 on Jan 1.
I promptly received an order confirmation. So far so good.
On Monday, Jan 4, I received a shipping confirmation that stated my Timex Ironman 30 Lap Watch, T5F851 had shipped. What???
Called customer service and was told by the woman on the phone 'my manager will have to decide what to do and he's not here'. Took my name and phone number. Said they'd call back.
After hearing nothing, I called back at the end of the day and was told the manager was still not there. Again left name and number.
Also sent emails to the customer service and sales addresses.
It's now Thursday, Jan 7. No response to my emails. No return calls. Package arrived today and indeed, it's a Timex Ironman watch that I DID NOT order.
I've sent another round of emails and left another message with customer service.
Good news/bad news: If I send the watch back (on my dime and get tracking/delivery confirmation) the credit card company may refund my purchase price if they approve my claim.
For now, I absolutely would not recommend purchasing from this merchant.

Logged into online account and the order information was completely gone. They canceled and refunded my money .....never sent any cancellation message. The whole time they were selling the same watch on eBay though"
"The watch i received looked like either overstock or a returned item. I came in a box that was too small, and had obvious damage such as a chipped crystal and scratches on the bezel. That explained their unusually low prices, but if I knew I wasn't getting a new watch, I don't think I would order from them"

"Xcelwatches' fulfillment department is aweful.. I ordered a watch for my kid's bday and opted for priority mailing and paid extra money. But the watch was shipped in regular mail. Customer service was quick enough to refund the extra shipping money but it didn't help me in getting the watch in time."
