- Item took a week to receive.
- HID kit connector pin spacing was not the same as my vehicle even though it was a correct kit for my vehicle.
- Items returned and am currently waiting on refund.
Too bad because I really wanted to run HID lights in my vehicle. Next time I will for something of better quality.

"I ordered led headlights , low beam and high beam. The high beam fitted and worked well, the low beam did not fit. I contacted Xenon and they advised me to return the low beam with no issues. I was expecting an argument. "

"Two separate occasions I have attempted to make a purchase and it was declined several days after , siting credit verfication. When all it requires is a phone call to the bank or me as a customer to verify.

No chance to test the jumper starter yet but the tire pump works fine. Unfortunately none of the provided charging plug heads fit my Dell laptop for emergency recharging."

"For some reason one of the headlights goes on and off randomly. I've checked several times to make sure the connections were installed to the correct ends and that they were fully plugged in. Both driver's side and passenger's side were installed the same but for some reason the passenger side randomly shuts off. I put the stock bulbs back and no issues. When the lights are working they are bright which is good. I contacted customer support and they requested pictures of the installation. I let them know I had already removed the lights and put the stock ones back in. They asked if I could reinstall and I just don't have the time for that especially during there regular business hours. Customer service rep also mentioned he had been doing this over 10 and insinuated that my issue was install related no a product defect like I mentioned. I wanted to return and try another set but now I'm stuck with lights that don't work because they are requesting me to reinstall for pictures and at this point it'll cost me more to do this than just keeping them. Luckily they are not very expensive but I would not purchase from this company again. "
"And now I've been trying for a week to get a hold of them to exchange the lights but the number is a answering machine and to try to get to life support it's not going through so I guess I'm stuck with the wrong lights"

"Ordered XenonPro lights about 3 weeks ago. On arrival, discovered wire connection to existing wiring harness did not fit. Made one call to customer service and new kit was sent. Now installed and work great. I can now spot all those suicidal deer lurking by the roadside. XenonPro product and support highly recommended.
