"I purchased HID low beams and fog lights for my truck. Delivery was fast. Upon installation one headlight was brighter than the other. I contacted customer service via chat and a replacement order was set up immediately. I received my replacement order within 3 days and it was the whole low beam kit again at no charge. I installed them, now both headlights are equal in brightness and I couldn't be happier. Excellent company, excellent product, excellent service. "
"I ordered 3 sets of led bulbs. The connection for my fog lights 5202 was too big and would not clip in. After talking to customer support, I am having to pay for shipping the product back and getting penalized for a restocking fee. I feel that I shoulnt have to pay for shipping and restocking fee since it was a manufacturer defect. "
"Xenon Pro has a horrible return policy. The bulbs that they told me would fit my vehicle did not fit. When i wanted to send them back they would not cover shipping costs when the product they told me would work didn't. After i shipped bulbs back at my own expense Xenon Pro further deducted from my return an adjustment fee so i did not even get back my full purchase amount when this was a mistake from Xenon Pro from the start. I would never recommend them to anyone."
"Paid a bunch of money for HID headlight/foglight bulbs for my truck. They turned out to be defective by blowing fuses on my brand new truck causing them to go out two days after professional installation even though the customer service rep assured me they would work. It also turns out that I had to pay for shipping upon return and they did not refund my full purchase price only a portion of it. Overall terrible company with garbage products. Don't waste your money here! If you want new lights, go to a legitimate professional not some online peddler of cheap crap that breaks within days. "
"Well, the xenon bulbs just didn't work well in my 2014 Highlander. No idea why, they just weren't very bright. Certainly not as bright as I expected. But this positive review is about my dealings with XenonPro as a company. Honestly, it was a really positive experience! I had all my questions answered by a very patient rep via chat before I ordered. Had a few questions during installation and they were right there to help. Then when the setup didn't meet expectations for my particular install, the process of getting an RMA for return was friendly and painless and was exactly what I expected based on the documented policies on their site - no surprises. I've read some of the reviews where people were angry over various things they were told - had to pay for expensive shipping or whatnot. That was NOT my experience. I asked if they had a preference on how I shipped the items back and was told they don't have a preference and I should find the cheapest option available, no problem. So what I'm saying is that I was completely satisfied with the customer service throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally friendly (including and especially the one person who has taken a lot of heat in other reviews!) - I would shop here again for a different fitment if I had the need. "

Not only is there very limited space behind the dust cover (which I knew about) but the turn lock was not machined perfectly and took some real effort to seat properly. I did not need the anti flicker relay which is good because there is no room for that additional part!"

"In a word "Exasperating"!!! 1 of the 2 LED Headlights won't work. Spent 2 hours in an on line Chat with a person named Dale trying to get the non-working bulb replaced and got nothing but lip-service. Then my on line chat was cut off with no resolution. And their people manning the Customer Service 800 number won't discuss any problems with me, only sales. I am currently in the process of calling my Credit Card Company and having my payment "REVERSED" until this XenonPro RESOLVES THIS ISSUE!!
