"I ordered LED lights for my 2020 Hyundai Kona. The lights say "guaranteed to fit". I received them and realized they can't be installed without a different retainer on the bulb (which they don't even offer of course) and without modification to the dust cover on my high beams. Upon contacting customer service, they acted like I'm stupid and showed me a picture of a paragraph (which doesn't exist on any page you'll see when purchasing) that YOU are supposed to know whether THEIR bulbs require additional components to install. You as a customer have no way of knowing wether a retainer or anything else you purchase will fit THEIR product lol. They then make you pay to ship them back AND charge you for the original shipping which was free upon your purchase. It cost me $20 to ship from NH to back to Canada, yet they charged me $30 for shipping. They get away with this by saying you have to pay for $15 towards original shipping PER PRODUCT up to $30, not per package. They are a terrible scam of a company that ensures they make some sort of profit off you no matter what.
When something says "guaranteed to fit", that means it should fit without additional modification or products. By their definition, a size 16 shoe would fit my foot because I wear a size 13, therefore my foot fits inside. They are ridiculous.
Purchase from Lasfit. They offer all required components to install their bulbs in your vehicle. they don't even offer the high beams to my vehicle yet because they are still creating an extended dust cover to put them in. That is a company you can trust and should spend money with. Dealing with xenonpro was one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had"

"I bought some LED for a costumer when I stalled them the customer didn't like it so I contacted the company they told they were gonna send me a email with the return information so I had to chat again with dale and he said I'm gonna send you another one I got it right away I did the return the same day and 4 days later they got the their package so I went to the chat with again and I asked dale when would I get my refund he said they are processing the package whatever that means I asked him again what's the timeline for my refund and he replied with the same bs so I told him that's not what I asked and he said that's what I anwer and block me. They got their package on 4/24/2020 today is 4/27/2020 I only asked him from a timeline and now I cant even talk to them becuase they block me.159$ for the LED plus 25$ shipping they told me to put a 20$ dollars value on the package I didn't spent 20$ on the LED so why would I do that? That company is the worse please dont buy anything from them and if you can give me an advice how to get my money back please let me know thank you"
"If there was a negative 5 star rating, I would have pick that one. The XenonPro headlights did not allow the high beam indicator to work in my truck or car. I contacted customer service and they said that happens sometimes, but you really don't need the high beam indicator. I disagreed, but Dale in customer service argued with me. I finally got a return authorization and returned the two sets of LED headlights. They refunded my money less shipping costs on one headlight set, but I never received the refund for the second set. When I contacted Dale again on Chat to try to get the refund on the second set, he blocked the Chat line for me. If you try to call XenonPro, they will immediately refer you the chat line. You cannot talk directly with these folks. My recommedation is DO NOT BUY FROM XenonPro. They are not only unethical, but also dishonest. "
"Xenonpro.com sent me the wrong type of LED bulbs, even though this was their mistake they were not willing to send me or exchange the incorrect ones they sent me for the correct ones. Total waste of time and not worth the effort.
I had to spend an additional $34.05 to return these to xenonpro.com even though they sent me the wrong product... this place is a total joke, avoid at all costs...

"Don't be fooled by all of the 5 star ratings they have on their site, those are curated by "Trusted Shopper" a paid service that helps companies look more reliable than they are. Unfortunately, I didn't check these guys out well enough and had a bad experience. They shipped me the wrong color temperature lights, but then tried to convince me that their "technician" had checked them before they shipped and they were the correct ones, even though the carton marking indicated otherwise. They would not exchange them, but allowed me to do an RMA with shipping at my expense. Well, they mandate you use FedEx which of course costs about 50% of the cost of the goods themselves, then they charge a 20% restocking fee, so in the end, I'd only get 30% of my money back. Not worth it. As others have noted, if you have any problems you will ONLY be able to contact them via online chat. They will not answer their phones, which is a red flag in and of itself. "

"purchased HID headlight full kit. stopped working after about a year. contacted customer support, a challenge itself. can only be accessed thru online live chat. chatted with Dale, very unprofessional, not responsive, condescending and rude. i explained that lights were not functioning but i was able to test the bulbs and they were ok. wanted me to test ballasts/wire harness and they would only send replacement for defective part. i told him i was unable to test as i had no equipment. after an hour, they offered to send a new ballast for $20 shipping fee. told him i wanted both. when he didn't agree i asked for a full refund and what about honouring lifetime warranty and 100% satisfaction. no response. i ended up buying 2 new ballasts including shipping for $30 thru Amazon. Problem fixed. these guys are not cheap. Customer service is horrible and they do not honour there claim to satisfaction nor warranty. STAY AWAY from these guys."
"Garbage. No name brand even on the lights. Customer service is worse. This is a scam. The lights cost me $190 plus a local shop fee, plus return shipping and "Restocking". Garbage. "
"Buyer beware!! The only thing they have going for them is fast shipping.
The instructions to install are terrible and don't bother to email as they will only tell you to chat in. I had to completely disassemble my new lights to even install them. Also, the chat hours are very limited. There is likely only one or two people working here and be prepared to be treated very rudely over the chat. Nothing will get escalated, so don't try. They seem to enjoy actually treating you poorly and berating you and even being argumentative. They want you to send credit card information and don't even tell you how much it is for warranty (looks like around $20 even though shipping is $9.95 on the site). Product stopped working a few months after installation. I asked for help in troubleshooting and was told to call my dealer.
Don't believe the site reviews and please just stay away. I've never been treated so poorly in my life and I did not expect much but at the very least it was not to be berated and shamed. I felt straight up bullied by this company. "
