"Excellent communication! Bought a custom laptop but due to the chip shortage and manufacture discontinuing my laptop had to pick something else. Through email and the online chat they were able to hook me up with a better custom built laptop. Due to having to wait so long from my initial order they went above and beyond to make it right I will be receiving a superior product from what I had originally ordered and at a much better price.
Cant wait to order with them again for my upcoming desktop upgrade."

"They answered all the questions I had, but sometimes the wait time for online chat was too long (hours), so I had to contact them via email, and phone. I purchased a pre-order item that comes with some goodies (MSI GE76 Dragon Tiamat), and I was concerned that I wouldn’t receive those goodies if I ordered from them, but they have assured me that I would receive it. Xotic pc was the only place where I could customize my laptop the way I wanted, so I am very happy that I was able to pre-order from them. Edit: I just received my laptop, and it is absolutely beautiful!! It did come with the goodies that they promised would, and all of the xotic pc services were performed very well. I purchased a rush build, and a security tag etch, so it took about 11 days ( 9 business days), including 3 day ground shipping until I had the computer in my hands. They did the etching in under 24 hours, which is a service that usually takes 2-4 business days to complete. So I was very happy that it was done so quickly. I just wish that I didn’t have to wait so long to receive my product, but it was definitely worth the wait!! I have had no issues with it so far, and I hope it continues to work flawlessly! I am very happy with my purchase, and will definitely consider ordering from them again!"
