"If you want to order and receive what you have ordered without using phone I would avoid this reseller. If you don't mind getting on the phone they are reasonable.
The onus was on me the customer to get things straightened out after they shorted my order by one item due to it not being in stock as their site had indicated and it was only after calling after several e-mails that I got a credit back for missing item. Comnpany was not very responsive to to me e-mails, nor were they very clear as to what I could expect."
