"I love the grippy backing, and the pattern (got the fern pattern). However, the "navy" color was not truly a navy - it was more like a very dark cornflower blue, so has a very slightly yellowy tint, which is just off from true blue so does not match the other blue items in my kitchen. But, since I love the pattern so much, and especially the wonderful support(!!!), I am keeping it - plus, being on the floor not right next to the other blue items in my kitchen (on counters), I do not think the color difference is too terribly noticeable.
I did not interact with Customer Service or return an item - I tried to select "N/A" but not a selection - so I selected "Good" as the survey would not complete without a star rating..."

"Just bought some samples on Jul 01 and we still don't receive them. Call to complain they gave me a lot of excuses and promise me that they will ship the very next day but I'm still waiting.
If it take so long to deliver samples I don't want to imagine how long they will take to send the actual product. "
