I ordered two mats both personalized. One came personalized correctly and the other had none at all (just a blank mat). I immediately called customer service and asked if they could correct the problem. They told me they would reorder but couldn't give me a shipment date. The original order was placed Aug. 2nd and the incomplete order was received Aug. 12th. Although they replied to my complaint on Aug. 14th via email, I'm still waiting to receive an email informing me when the correct item will be shipped."

"At first, I was disappointed with xpressmats. There were several emails going back and forth for one of our custom mats. It was like the designers had no idea what message I was conveying to them. The mats came and one of the mats had an imperfection so I contacted customer service. For some reason I was disconnected with Benny -but, he sent me an email saying he would talk to someone and let me know, but wasn't sure if they would fix the mat since I had approved it. He emailed me back the next day and said they were printing another one for us. It came in and was perfect. So, overall I am very satisfied that they fixed the imperfection, kept me posted on the status, and the mat came very quickly. Props to Benny for his great customer service; it was him who made us very satisfied."
