"Never received my item. Never received an email as to whether or not it was shipped. So I called on 12-30-13 to ask why it wasn't shipped. I was told due to productions issues and the holiday, it was shipped a few days late. I fear it would not have been shipped it I hadn't called. This was a Christmas present and the arrival date was suppose to be by Christmas. "

"Ordered on 12/12 for Xmas gifts. Given estimated ship date of 12/17 with estimated arrival date between 12/20 ad 12/24. Mats shipped on 12/23 and arrived on 12/27...2 days after Xmas!!!!! Ordered 3 mats total, and 1 mat was not correct...blank in center! Spoke to customer service manager who is sending me a new mat per my original order at no charge. It is only because they are shipping me the correct mat that I'm giving 2 stars. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star. I was not able to use these mats as the anticipated Xmas gifts they were intended to be because of their late arrival. I was told that if I returned them, I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. Then, I was later told that even if the restocking fee was waived, I would still be responsible for the return shipping fees. As I am in real estate, I will use these extras as house-warming/thank you gifts for my clients. This situation definitely was not the customer service experience I anticipated in doing business with xpressmats.com. Actually, I placed orders for mats with 3 different companies, and the other 2 company's products arrived on-time (i.e. before Xmas) and the orders were correct. The other companies that get 5 stars are Plow & Hearth and Brookstone! Happy shopping!"
