I had placed an order on the recommendation of two reputable online services. Upon receiving the order, I was disappointed, because it did not fit the intended area. I spoke to your customer service people who informed me not only do I have to pay to ship back the order, but a $25.00 restocking fee, Unless I immediately reorder, I, like many people in today economic environment are on a tight budget and do not have the funds to do that. I just wanted to exchange the order not have it refunded. Thats it! The amount of money you charge for an indoor mat, should have a much better return policy.
Unless we can resolve this, I will never place an order with you.
I'm sure you have heard the well know phrases "Word of mouth is the best advertisement and A Happy costumer is another costumer." I am very unhappy and would never recommend you to any business/residence looking for this type of merchandise. Very Disappointed! "
