"One out of the three mats we received did not lay completely flat. Your
company responded promptly and replaced the defected mat at no charge. You rate high on your service. This mat is also bubbling up a little on the sides. It is a long hallway mat, so maybe they all do that a little bit. Overall, we are very satisfied.

I had placed an order on the recommendation of two reputable online services. Upon receiving the order, I was disappointed, because it did not fit the intended area. I spoke to your customer service people who informed me not only do I have to pay to ship back the order, but a $25.00 restocking fee, Unless I immediately reorder, I, like many people in today economic environment are on a tight budget and do not have the funds to do that. I just wanted to exchange the order not have it refunded. Thats it! The amount of money you charge for an indoor mat, should have a much better return policy.
Unless we can resolve this, I will never place an order with you.
I'm sure you have heard the well know phrases "Word of mouth is the best advertisement and A Happy costumer is another costumer." I am very unhappy and would never recommend you to any business/residence looking for this type of merchandise. Very Disappointed!
