"Needed a custom mat for an high end office building and the process was super easy to select the specs for my mat, by uploading a design I had. Got kind of queazy when I had to submit my credit card before I was able to view a proof. So called called customer service and they said the no charge is made on the card until the proof is reviewed and the mat ships. With this info, I held my breath and submitted my payment. Nothing online indicated that no charge would be made until the proof is approved, or when I might expect the proof. I'm hoping the 4.6 stars from 3886 other reviewers are right. My plan is to change my rating when the outcome matches the CSRs description, but right now it's 2 stars--"somewhat dissatisfied""
"I ordered my first carpet when I opened my store 3 years ago. I didn't know anything about this company or the quality I would be receiving. It definitely exceeded by expectations. I thought it was a little pricey, but once seeing the quality, it was understandable. I just ordered a couple of runners and a mat for in front of my back door. These are different than what I ordered previously and anxiously awaiting to see these too!"
