Promising product...order process is OK

"Ordered a 3x5 waterhog diamond fashion mat after receiving a set of samples to help us choose the right color. The website promised a rebate for the sample cost if a mat was ordered, but nowhere in the mat ordering process was there any information about the rebate. The turnaround time for shipping is certainly not aligned with the name "XpressMats" as the delivery of the samples took nearly two weeks. We'll see if the mat arrives any faster."

"I did not receive a return label or anything to allow me to return the product if necessary. One rug was cut wrong and the other was too thick for my new door to fit over. Cost $34 to return the one rug and I was told they were going to charge me a 25 percent restocking fee until I sent a picture of the other rug I kept that was cut wrong. Dissatisfied with the way they do business. "
