"For the prospect of spending several hundreds of dollars on rugs there are very limited samples available and I'm not happy to see that colors do not match across different styles. If the company advocates a three rug system then they really should have all three rugs available in the same colors. I ordered some samples but my hopes are not very high. Chatting with a customer service agent was at least able to point me to their limited sample page but when I asked why there were no samples for their ColorStar rugs they suggested I call them, which wasn't very helpful."
