"I had to call and email with customer service multiple times before I was able to get answers to my questions. It took many days to finalize because response time was always 24 hours whether I emailed or called. This delayed my project by about a week which is too long."

However, the only thing that I can say is that it was a little mind boggling trying to decide which mat was right for our need. I felt like I spent more time than necessary just reading the rug descriptions and comparing them. I think that part of the webpage could be improved upon. Online pictures are somewhat hard to get a true representation of the product. I would also recommend including a good picture and description of the backing on each one. Our Tax Exemption purchase (typically a major problem when ordering online) did go through seamlessly, but the only way that I knew was to check the charge amount on my VISA. All in all, I will not hesitate to order from you again if we have another rug need! Thank you!"

"Helpful to have more art/design specs on website. I sent web inquiry, no response. Called, wouldn't go through. Online chat, he directed me to call...not helpful. E-mailed & finally got ahold of someone only to be told just send artwork. I asked 4 times for art specs, never provided! Not even an explanation of how the product is created to try and help me set up artwork to limitations. I send the art & I'm told a proof will be available in 48hrs. Doesn't happen, they're aware of our deadline. Put off for a week...never arrives. Then on deadline morning, they e-mail me that I have to provide them written approval (FOR WHAT?) before they will provide a proof. Deadline missed. Thanks for NOTHING!
P.S. Your competitor provided art & in depth creation details on first contact, proof same day-24hrs, great customer service and sent proof without delay or signatures. Met deadline!"
