Wait time for 1st rep was 9 minutes, transferred again to another, another 15 minutes - then transferred again -total time on hold over 30 minutes before asking for a manager who really didn't seem to care. At that point I had figured out your online system had an error - so I just ordered like a new order. But I specifically wanted to speak to a manager about being transferred over and over again. I feel like I wasted almost 40 minutes of my day all because of multiple failures by your company."
