"Originally I was very excited about getting my matt, however, the time frame taken to actually get the product was ridiculous. My account stated that it had been shipped and my estimated delivery time given. The dates given had passed by and I still hadn't received my product. I followed up with Customer Service to check the status on it and was told, "sorry for the delays, your item is shipping tomorrow." This is 4 days past the original time. I needed the item prior to when I actually received it and due to poor service I didn't get it. "
