"Mat arrived wrong size. When I called for exchange, I was told that website states that sizes may vary. Even if I had seen that, I would think it means maybe an inch off, not 6. Item returned and re-ordered elsewhere."

"I bought the mat as a gift for my brother for his birthday since he just bought a house. The mat arrived and it does not have the monogrammed "W" that I ordered! He was confused why I gave him a blank mat, but didn't want to say anything. I didn't realize that the order was incorrect and his correct mat was not delivered. I am VERY dissatisfied with my experience."

"I ordered 3 mats and was sent an email with 5 tracking numbers, only 2 mats delivered. I called customer service and they were not very helpful but said they would get back to me. Later that day, I received a tracking email with6 tracking numbers -no explanation and made me look through all of them. 4 showed nothing 2 showed delivered! Called again. They could not explain all the travking numbers but did find the rug."
