"The product is great. Working trying to get a mat I had to RESEND THE FILE 3 times, EACH TIME they stated they never recieved it. Couldnt take a file over 25 MB had no way to open a dropbox link or a Google drive link.... which literally means you mustnt have access to the web. EVERY MAT I order its the same thing.
