"I ordered a personalized door mat and had several issues. First, I had a question about the final layout so the customer service rep on the phone told me to order it and indicate that I wanted to see the proof before printing. I did that, but then got an email that they didn't do proofs for this purpose. Then I got a call at 7:00 am a week later saying that the system had a glitch and my order was deleted out of the system so I had to give them my credit card over the phone and re-order. Since I had done PayPal, I needed some type of proof that I wouldn't be charged twice (PayPal and credit card). Then when the item came (another 1+ week later), the spacing on the personalization was too close together and it doesn't look nice. Won't order from them again. "
