"Never received my headlights and they never responded to my email, I had to file with my credit company to get my money back..... don’t buy"

"Bought headlights for my truck and the drivers side allows moisture in. They will do nothing to make it right. Told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer Spyderlights said it was xtralights that needs to take care of the problem.
We should all get together and sue xtralights for all the grief. "

"I bought a set of replacement headlights from this company. I should have trusted my first instincts when a customer service representative hung up on me because I was asking to many questions about the headlights being EXACT replacements for my 2001 vehicle. In any event, I placed an on line order and when the parts arrived, I realized I could not make use of them. So I called the company, obtained a return authorization and sent the parts back expecting a $422 VISA refund in a week or 10 days. When no refund showed up I called the company and was told, "our policy is not to issue credits for a month until after returns are received." When I complained that the policy was unreasonable and would cause me to be charged interest on my VISA account, they just flat out hung up on me. So I disputed the charge with VISA and the matter was settled immediately. "

"I ordered 07-11 Honda CRV CCFL-High-Energy 3D-LED Projector Headlights - Chrome (Pair). The item was shipped ten days later, although it promises in 24 hours. Okay, I waited. Surprises began when the item was inspected. How do you think, if you buy LED headlights , they should be all LEDs, or half LEDs and half halogens? Exactly. Low beam was LED, high beam - halogens. I paid for this assembly $500. Well, than i bought LED bulbs for $60 for high beam.Changed them. Installed headlights to my car, I got the night...and what do I see? My high beam lights shines brightly and purely white. But low beam shining poor gray-blue light. These are the LED bulbs that have been installed by the seller or manufacturer.The bulbs are not exactly as shown in the picture. Now I will need to buy another kit of LED bulbs for low beam lights. Comes at least $620. Meanwhile, I could have the same set with halogen bulbs on E'bay for $270, add two sets LED bulbs and it would be maximum $400 A fraud company selling crap for big money. "

"Company sells good products. In my case headlamps.. However, the return policy on the surface states 30 day return policy if product is unused.. This is deceptive, because one must dig into the very fine print that there is a 20% restocking fee and customer pays all shipping.

Customer service Xtralights says " its a bad business practice to clearly state on the main sales website that returns are subject to a 20% restock fee and all shipping must be paid by the customer". That is sad that a company acknowledged that clear and open information on a main sales site is poor business practice."

"This is quite possibly the worst company on the web. They sell cheap plastic crap lights that are missing pieces and totally unusable. They also refuse to replace or refund your money for the garbage they send out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! You may as well through your money out a moving car window.."

"I bought headlights for Chevy pickup and was sent a defective drivers side light. Xtralights refused to replace headlight and after numerous failed emails and phone calls refused to refund money. They actually said I needed to send them more money for the parts I already purchased before they would send another headlight. This company has poor quality control and even worse customer service. They have no business integrity. STAY AWAY!!!"

"I order some lights from the then I found the same exact pair for less then half the price so less then 2 hours later I emailed them saying that I need to cancel the order that I had placed eariler that morning and never got an email back. 4 days later the box comes with the lights(I was not home at the time to reject them) so then i emailed them, no response. Called them 4 different times till they answered they said you can send them back just fill out a form, so I read through the form and it says that want 30% back for restocking fees and what not l. And I called then back, another 5 or 6 times till they answered and they played around with me and still got nothing from it. Then I had to live chat with them and I had all the proof that I sent the email and the still said that I have to pay the full 30% when I send them back. So long story short DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU EVER NEED ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT BECAUSE THERE IS NONE. THEY ARE FAST TO TAKE YOU MONEY BUT NOT GIVE IT BACK"

"I searched and searched to try to find the headlights that would fit my vehicle and look good, I found this company on Google and ordered my lights from them for hundreds of dollars and waited for over a month I've waited now almost two... They have absolutely no customer service to speak of and even though I was assured to have my product shipt after a month of trying to contact them I still have not received the confirmation email that my product has been shipped with the tracking number and the tracking for their website does not work, when you call this company on any number they give it says that you've reached them after business hours no matter what time you call, the majority of the time when you try a live chat the chat opens up saying that it is connected to an agent in California but no one ever responds, if you are one of the lucky ones and get a response from the live chat they will not apologize anyway, and they will try to assure you that the product will be mailed out next day because it is back in stock and that they will send you a confirmation email that the item has been shipped same-day or next-day, this confirmation email Never Comes, then so far I've been at unable to get a refund. "

"If you buy anything from this company you are wasting your money! I purchased a set of headlights for my 350Z. After 5 hours to install, the first rain storm....filled with water!
Took 2-1/2 months for the company to send a new light and then they charged me $120!! Then blocked all communication. Their customer service is a total joke, their chat line is useless! ( they will just tell you to hold on until you finally hang up. Their product is total GARBAGE!

Find a better company to buy your lights from but NOT THIS ONE!

"Hi, I placed an order with merchant Xtralights.com on July 24, 2018 for Four (4) KC HiLiTES Rally 800 Series 130w Halogen 8" Round Driving Light without Wire Harness - Black (Single) (Qty 4), Item #FR10336at a cost of $615.80
It has now been two full months and I have yet to receive the merchandise or any communication regarding the status of the order. The company provides a phone number for order tracking purposes which i have been calling on and off since August 17th. When i called the main number to get some resolution and complain, they told me to keep on calling it and hung up!! Not sure if this is a real merchant or bogus company; I will be cancelling my order, seek refund of the money which they promptly withdrew on July 24th, report the company to the FTC in case it is a fake and tell everyone i know to never buy anything from them

"Bought Fusion Max HID after four months ago one light is not working and the other goes on and off at times submitted a warranty claim now i have to pay for shipping to send defective back then pay shipping again to get it shipped back now i have to remove the whole kit to ship back so annoying sigh. I had better luck with cheaper versions HID kit lasting me about 3 yrs before any issues. "

"Received the order no problem but the fit and finish of the tail lights were poor. I had to pay for return shipping and after waiting over a month for my refund, they deducted another 20% restocking fee.
I wished I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. My mistake. What I did see is they have in big letters on their homepage "We promise 100% (80%) satisfaction. If you dont absolutely love it, we'll take it back.!"
Stay away from this company."
