"Had to file a claim with paypal... they dont answer the phone or respond to emails or claim tickets they ask u to do if there is an issue.. but as soon as i filed a claim with paypal... they emailed me back .. and was tryin to convince me to cancel my claim with paypal... or they would not help me... very rude ! "I purchased two break lights from Xtralight for my new car- Merc. Firstly I encountered difficulties in placing my order and when after several attempts I was able to place them I did not get a receipt for the payment made. I was about to call them when I got the mail with the receipt in it. I guess I am a little impatient for the lights. I got them delivered within five days and opened it eagerly. The lights were really beautiful! The only thing I would like to say is that please bring some modifications in your website. The products are really amazing and worth the effort but, make the website more convenient."
"Ordered a pair of spyder LED tail lights for my 2015 tundra. They showed up cracked. I made several email attempts and calls to customer service before I finally spoke to a representative. I had to email pictures of the damage and was then emailed a return shipping label. I sent them out via UPS the next morning. I tracked the shipment and after seeing online confirmation of delivery I made several other attempts at emailing and calling customer service before I finally got ahold of a representative again. She lied and said they just received them that morning even though I had confirmation of delivery 4 days prior. She said they were being shipped asap. More time went by and I still never got a email so I opened a paypal claim. When I finally got in contact again she said she was walking over to the warehouse as we spoke to have them shipped out. She said I had to drop the paypal claim first before they would ship. She then refused to just cancel the order and issue me a refund. This process started in December and it is now February. I still dont have lights or a paypal refund. HORRIBLE customer service and would not transfer or give supervisor information. DO NOT BUY. PRICES ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE."
"I have got a large pick-up truck but, its headlights do not look sporty enough to match the style of the truck. I wanted a new pair of headlights and found the perfect one at Xtralights. I made the order online and got through the transaction without any difficulties. Though the company policy says that they deliver within five working days, I did not get them even after a week. After two weeks I got really anxious and decided to call them. Xtralights customer service was really helpful and they confirmed to deliver the lights after two days. I did not had to wait long and just after a day I got the lights. They were just perfect and fit in nicely in my truck. Though I had to wait but, the result was good."
"I ordered headlights for my son's Christmas present on 12/12/15. I received a shipment notification the following day and checked the tracking number with UPS. UPS had not received the package to ship at that time and today is the 27th with the same message from UPS. I have logged in several times to my account which tells me I have never placed an order. Around the 15th I started a chat session and was 3rd in the queue. I waited and when I was asked how I could be helped, I explained the situation and never received a response. I called and was promptly disconnected. Fortunately I paid with PayPal but I still don't have my money back. I told my son what had happened and he took it fine but that was his main present and I am sure he was very disappointed as I am. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company. "I actually worked for Xtra lights and was fired when I refused to scam people. They are certainley a fraudulent company with horrible people. I can't believe they're actually a "business". If anyone would like information on these people I'd be more than happy to help."
"I bought a pair of LED lights for my Cadillac cts, the items you can tell were very cheaply made (cheap plastic, you could see wires bulging out of the sides) so I decided to restore my old headlights and return the after market headlights back to Xtralights hoping for a full refund. They charge a 30% return fee plus you have to pay for the return shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM XTRALIGHTS and hopefully you've already read all the other reviews before ordering from them. "
"I am a loyal customer of Xtralights for the past 10 years. The reason is quite simple. The products and services they provide are of highest quality. They deliver what they promise. Not only I, but all my friends and relatives prefer Xtralights over other companies. But recently, for the first time in this whole span, I was delivered the wrong product. I bought one passenger side replacement headlight but what I received were tail lights. I am sure it was due to some human error. So I called up their Customer services and they also impressed me. And the best part is, I got my purchase in the next 48 hours without any hassle. Xtralight’s customer care people called me for the confirmation too. Way to go Xtralight!"

"Paid over $300 dollars for LED headlights and they failed at 6 months. This company only allows returns for 90 days thereafter manufacturers warranty. Although they state lifetime support for their products they essentially ignored my attempts to get warranty service and information. They never answer their warranty return line so all you can do is get ignored by emails. When you try to sign into your account to get more info you account suddenly as disappeared and there is no response to password reset requests. These people are happy to take your money and expedite your order, but product quality appears poor and when it fails you are on your own. "
