Then when I finally got my 4th tire, it was a completely different size. When contacting them about it, I have to pay to ship back an order they screwed up so they could finally ship out what I originally ordered. This place is the worst place to order from. Every order from them had been a disaster. 3rd time is a charm I guess, or 3 times a strike. "

"My first time buying from ET, I purchased replacement LED headlights for my jeep. I chose them because no one in my town has these (yet) that I’ve seen. I wanted something different than the color ring and the more traditional setup. These are BEAUTIFUL! They’re bright and were easy to install. The instructions said about 2 hours but it took tops 45 minutes and most of that was us trying to figure out which wire was brights."

"First and last time customer. Extreme terrain screwed up their pricing. Instead of honoring what I already paid, they pulled the shipment mid transit after it already made it to my town. Now the price will be more than double what I paid! and I would have to reorder. I recieved no notification from them regarding this. I noticed something strange on FEDEX site and had to call ET customer service to find out."

"Ordering on the website was easy and the shipping time was reasonable. The products seem to be of good quality. The only issue was the Motive Gear AMC 20 Rear Differential Master Bearing Kit with Koyo Bearings that I ordered did not come with the 12 Cover Bolts that under features section says comes with the kit."
"The good: solid construction, shipped ahead of schedule, fits solid to my Bronco, fairly easy assembly, no extra wind noise and my roof box fits easily on top. Has room to let you take the front roof panels off.
The not great: was missing a few parts, the loc-tite and little bolts for the name labels. Not a big deal just a trip to the HW store. Came with a deep scratch on the side. Fastening the nuts to the Bronco accessory mount on the front required a box wrench which I could maybe get a quarter-turn at a time because of the wind panel. This could be redesigned so the wind panel could go on after, especially helpful if you would want to take this rack on and off regularly."
"The product I received is nice, but it is not the product I thought I ordered. I was specifically looking for the Rough Country bed cover that flipped up providing full access to the truck bed. I watched the review video that was associated on the product page, which clearly stated that the cover had the ability to flip up and give full access to the truck bed, however would block your back window. I started to watch the installation instructions that followed and they looked simple so I knew that was the right one and I could go back for help to install and proceeded to order. I received the item and went back and could not find the same video. I looked all over and searched the site, but no luck. I did not like the install video that was now on the same product page so I followed the paper instructions, which were definitely not as clear, but I digress. It was not until the end that I realized the bed cover I had did not have the flip-up capabilities and THAT is likely why the video was taken down. I called and they said I would be allowed to exchange it, however since there is no proof that the video was changed, I would have to pay the freight costs. I decided to pass and just keep what I had. I am a female and the installation was not THAT hard, but it is heavy and awkward and was not that easy for me to do alone. I did not want to uninstall it, pack it up and have to do it all over again. I am disappointed I did not get what I knew I wanted going in.... but again, the product I got it good if the flip does not matter to you. It is sturdy and well made. "
