"I ordered four shocks for my 2007 Jeep wrangler. I didn't need them overnight so I chose standard shipping. The shocks arrived individually over the course of a week. Each one dropped off in it's retail packaging by FedEx. The boxes, of course, were not meant to be individually shipped so they all (the boxes.. not the shocks) sustained considerable damage.

I understand that the shocks might have come from different distribution centers but I'd expect more care to be taken with customer orders.

When I reached out to customer support via Chat, their only concern was "Was the product damaged" and not the least bit concerned about how long they took to arrive or the condition the boxes were in when they arrived. I'll spend a little more and go to the auto parts store next time."

"I ordered the Deegen 58 fenders for my Jeep jk. They were discounted. The description said the tool for the nut Serts was missing. I received the front fenders on time. The box was torn up but the fenders were fine. All hardware was accounted for. The rear fenders got lost by fed ex. They came two days later. The box was in better condition however they must have been sold and returned. There was a stock Jeep fender fastener stuck in the styrofoam which was all broken into small pieces. There was no hardware or foam tape so I had to purchase that. Over all I got the fenders installed and I am very pleased with them. I would purchase from extreme terrain again. "
