"Do not do business with these people if at all possible.
I made an order for a paintball mask and replacement lens on 10/17/2007, and was immediately charged. the next day I received a message sating everything was on backorder and it would take 1-2 weeks before they had it again.
Three days later (on 10/21) I emailed them to cancel the order. I then got a message saying it was canceled and I would receive a full refund in 3-7 business days.
12 days (and several emails) later on 11/02 I had yet to receive my money back, nor any contact from them about what the hold up was. I told them that if I had not gotten anything from them by 11/05 I would open a dispute with paypal, and so I did.
About 1 minute after I issued the dispute I received a message from paypal saying that xtreme paintball had just been refunded my money.
Obviously they had the power to credit my refund at any time. So exactly why did it take half a month, several emails, and opening a dispute with paypal to finally get back what was mine?
Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. All this trouble was NOT with the $5 I would have saved ordering from them, over say going to a local sporting goods store.

"I only recently go into paintball, and was purchasing a system piece by piece from a number of online paintball merchants. With the sole exception of Xtreme Paintball, every one of the other guys listed products in stock, but after ordering gave me the "It's on order" bit. Xtremem paintball was very professional - I got a confirmation email immediately after placing the order, and a tracking number by the end of the day. I have my products from them in my hands right now, only 4 days after ordering; however, I am still waiting on the actual gun, which was ordered 2 weeks ago from a different merchant. Arrgh!
I'll only be buying from these guys from here out....."
