"The sale days are always jacked up and then they don’t go through anyway for a week or more, leaving me with an attempt to purchase three blazers on sale and conveniently this site has some sort of lame every message lie until all of the prices were jacked back up to four-six times the price (think runway prices). They offer no restitution and are completely cruel. Also, today shipping means about six weeks shipping, and worn before with loose buttons and reattached tags It’s a scam, and you should save your money for real high designers, who shockingly have even better prices, outrageous though they are, than this underhanded, sketchy business. "i ordered some yeezy boots, that were discounted to 360 euros for black friday. The size didnt fit, so i asked for an exchange, they emailed me that the size i wanted will be reserved for me. I sent the package back, and today i received an email that my order is cancelled because the size is not in stock anymore, which should've been reserved . i email them asking if its possible to send another colour of the same product, which was available in my size. I receive an email saying that this is not possible and that my size is back in stock and i can make another purchase with the regular price of 580 euros. On the same day they were out of stock then back in stock, suggesting me to make another purchase that wouldve cost me 200 euros more. So convenient , right?? i ve ordered from so many websites before and this never ever happened to me before. SOO dissapointing. such cheap method to gain a few euros. Disgusting !"

the picture and description of the item was poor, so i didn't realize it was just a strap (no belt buckle)!
i ended up paying the following in fees to order/then return:
shipping = 9.95 (for a 31 item weighing about 1/16th of a pound)
tax on item = 3.18
tax on shipping = 1.02 (who taxes on shipping?)
and 7 to return the item per their label
**so $17 dollars in fees for a $31 item !!
i will never order from this site again.....

"I ordered a pair of Lanvin sneakers. They arrived quickly and the order was correct, but I didn't like them as much in person, and was thinking of returning them. When I went online to do this, I saw they were on sale for 30% below what I'd paid (about $430), with free shipping. I sent a message to customer service, saying that I was going to return them, but that I would keep them at the lower price, if they could refund the difference. Other retailers do this routinely.
They confirmed that I could order a second pair at the lower price and return the first pair, but they wouldn't just refund the difference. This is an unnecessary and pointless annoyance for me, so I'm just going to return them and forget about it. Would have been a win-win, since they're paying for shipping.
As someone who routinely drops $400 on sneakers, I could be a pretty good customer for them, but I also expect pretty good service when I'm spending that much. Too bad they weren't more willing to keep my business.
Having read the other reviews online, I'm scared about even returning the item and actually getting my money back. I definitely won't be ordering from them again! They clearly are not interested in earning customer loyalty. "
"I purchased over $2,500 worth of shoes on my first purchase. They sent me two pair of WORN Doucal shoes and then offered me a 15% discount for my "inconvenience." My other contained a pair of Santoni loafers. When I put my foot in I immediately felt a sharp pain. I pulled my foot out and it was bleeding! After I received my Tetanus shot, I contacted Yoox customer service and demanded to speak to a supervisor. "Ana" was never available, despite talking to Patrick, Jessica, Kain, and Devin over a period of 5 days (Wed-Sun). I opened a BBB complaint because this company disregards customer health by way of their "policies." I have never been treated so shabbily after having spent several thousand dollars on their website. Sadly, I did not read these reviews BEFORE purchasing. If I could give anyone advice, DO NOT purchase from Yoox. EVER. A company worth its salt will treat its customers with dignity and respect, and when they are actually harmed will bend over backwards to make that customer happy. RUN, do not walk, from Yoox. "

They charged me and kept my tracking in a status of "IN PREPARATION" for weeks but luckily I paid through Paypal and was able to file a claim for my refund. First and last time shopping here. "This company are absolute RUBBISH. The boots I bought lost the heel tip within an hour of wear and they reassured me I would be reimbursed the cost of repair and a refund of 30% of the cost of the boots. I have spoken to customer care about 7/8 times and each time get someone new who tells me something different. From being told the above to being told I would get 30% of the cost of the repair!! 30% of £9!!!! absolute ****. Won't put the call to anyone senior and each person lies to get you off the phone or worse cuts your call off!! The cobbler who mended the boots said the quality was appalling anyway!! He said don't drive in them don't dance in them don't go out in them and laughed and said in fact just send them back!! So after fixing them and yoox have told me they will only refund now the repair I am sending them back but nervous they won't give me the promised refund. "I've been buying great stuff from Yoox for years, even reached Super-Star status at one point. The down-side has been that they do not refund tax & duty when you return an item.
Much more disturbingly, however, something has recently changed - they have not refunded my money on several returns I've made. They send the email acknowledging receipt of the returned item, then confirm your money has been refunded, BUT THEY ARE NOT PROCESSING REFUNDS.
This has forced me to file disputes with my credit card companies, which is frustrating and time consuming, and not the way I expect to do business.
Their stock prices took a plunge in November - is this the reason? Are they in financial crisis mode? Continuing to sell but not process refunds is one of the first steps in situations of financial instability. Too bad, because that's also the first step to losing your loyal customer base who made you successful.
They have lost this loyal customer, and that goes for The Outnet and Net-a-Porter as well, owned by The Yoox Group. I no longer trust these people.
