"I had the worst experience with this seller. I ordered a laptop adapter for a trip but never received it. It turns out that UPS, their carrier, had delivered the item to the wrong house. I understand that this is not yesmicro's fault, but I believe that it's their responsibility to make arrangements to improve the situation. They actually did nothing! I requested them to send me a replacement overnight -> result: they ignored my emails and did not answer my phone calls. I finally got a hold of them one day but it was too late for my trip. I then requested them to cancel my order -> result: someone emailed me saying that the order was cancelled but my credit card was still charged. I called to get them to credit this back to my account but this request was ignored. They finally said that an investigation had to be conducted before any credit can be put back to my account. I ended up paying my credit card with this item on it. I don't understand why I had to pay for their carrier's mistake. I then decided to file a report to my credit card and only then did I get it credited back to my account. It took about a month to resolve this problem. It probably would've taken longer if I hadn't gotten my credit card company involved. YesMicro doesn't answer their phones but promise very fast email responses. My emails took up to 4 days before getting a response. Is this acceptable? "

Seriously, I placed the order for this on the 13th, after business hours.
It's now the 15th (10:23am) and I am sitting here with the product that I purchased. And yes, I'm positive I selected ground service as my shipping method. Even the website can't keep up with how fast this got here.

I was contacted by YesMicro and informed that the product was not in stock on the West cost, but they did have it is stock in Fort Worth, TX. That was fine with me.
I received the product exactly one week after placing my order. The package was in excellent condition. I haven't installed it yet, but can't wait.
I did find a lower deal two days after placing my order that was nearly $100.00 less, but I am still very satisfied with my purchase with YesMicro.
I would recommend them to anyone - their customer service is second to none and I am willing to pay more just for that reason.
