"I have placed two seperate orders recently from this company. I ordered what I would call a fairly pricey monitor (22" Mitsubishi 2070SB-BK) that weighs in at a hefty 80 lbs or so, and then another order for two USB ethernet adapters (I love TiVo) and an Antec 430W TruePower power supply. I used ground shipping, which was free for me in both cases (very nice for an 80 lb monitor). I ordered both orders late in the day (3pm in one case and 7 or 10pm in the other), and received both orders the next day. True that the warehouse is in Fort Worth and I'm in Dallas, but you still can't get orders out to your customer that fast unless you have a VERY GOOD ordering process. What this means to me (and you) is that if I (you) order from YesMicro I'll (you'll) be waiting on the delivery company to deliver the order, because YesMicro will have already shipped it. What's more, they had the cheapest prices on all of these items (at least according to Pricewatch and Pricegrabber), I received regular updates (order confirmation, process confirmation, and an order update with a tracking number where all I had to do was click the link in the email and it actually brought me to the tracking page for my item, no typing the order number in for me), and everything was in perfect condition when I received it. Basically, I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Order without fear, for YesMicro was founded, and it was good."

I had a special requirement to buy a hot product, not in stock at most online sellers (any many who claimed product in stock but did not) and absolutely must have it in the next 2 days.

Not only was the order smooth and perfect, their website easy to use and fast, but their shipping charges are substantially below most other sites as well.

Finally, I e-mailed a request for confirmation that they would honor their same day shipping promise so I would receive product on time...
