On top of it all after receiving and no longer needed, picture on shirt were very dark. Item was trashed."
"I ordered a pair of pants as a gift for someone. The pants I received were an XS and I had ordered a 2XL. I tried emailing them and very oddly they responded wanting me to send them $15 to a PayPal account saying once I sent the money they would get my order all fixed. It was very sketchy. I would never order from this company again. Still trying to get my money back or a replacement. "

"My order has not been updated for more than a week and I have not received any logistics information. Then I contacted the official email and no one replied. Later, I DM yescustom on Instagram and got replies. The staff contacted were not from the customer service team, but dealing with creators collab as they claimed, anyway they handled my package patiently and helped me solve my problem. I got my dog blankets. Glad they are so cute
The best way to get customer service may be to go to Instagram at at least they would answer you and treat you nicely."
"I bought pajama shirt and pants for my wife. It took weeks to arrive, and when it finally arrived they only sent the shirt. I sent several emails requesting the pants, and I even sent them a copy of my confirmation which showed that I purchased the shirt AND pants. After many emails, they basically told me that it was my problem. I should have read the online reviews. I will never make that mistake again. And I certainly hope that no one else buys anything from this horrible company."

"On 11-22-22 I ordered 9 items for a family event. Did not receive order tracking confirmation so I emailed the company. I was advised that 5 of my items were missed in production and because of this delay, I will not them since I will not have them in time for my event on 12/17. Responded explaining that will then not need any of the items as they were for couples.
Requested a refund. Yes custom responds that they can only refund me for 5 items as the others have been sent. Now I have 4 shirts to toss in the trash. And the worst part is that I have not gotten a response on my emails for several days where I am trying to find out what my refund will be. This was a $240 dollar purchase.
I don’t know that I will ever get a refund and will now have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute with my credit card company.
Very disappointed with the business and will not order from them again."

"Character of an organization, as with individuals, is never truly defined until it is put to the test. It is easy for a company to offer world class customer service, only to show its true character when a customer contacts them with an issue, suddenly to find themselves in a maze of rules and red tape.
Not so with Yes Custom, and with Sakura in particular. I have purchased numerous shirts from Yes Custom. I love their quality and craftmanship. Strangers approach me and tell me “What a great shirt. Where did you get it?” I even had people ask me if they could take pictures of the shirt.
Until recently I never had a reason to return a custom-made shirt. The print on the shirt I received was too blurry. I did not attribute it to the workmanship of the shirt, but to my own design, which I believe was too busy to transfer to a shirt.
I contacted Yes Custom for a refund or exchange and Sakura (yes, an actual person, not a general email or automated reply) wrote me back in less than 24 hours. Instead of just going through the motion of processing my request, Sakura suggested ideas on how I could get the designed I wanted to look good.
Over the next couple of days, we exchanged different styles of the image I wanted on the shirt. Sakura would send me back previews of the actual shirt with how it would look with the different designs. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. It really felt like I had a partner who had as much interest in creating this particular shirt as I did.
Ladies and Gentlemen that is Character. That is World Class customer service, and why I will ALWAYS and ONLY buy my custom-made shirts from Yes Custom.
