"I am very happy with my item and the great service from YOINS. It took a bit long to arrive but it was within the expected delivery time-frame. Near the end of the waiting period, I got a bit concerned so I emailed YOINS as the tracking site seemed to not have updated where my item was. The person from YOINS ensured me that my item will arrive within the time frame and if not, that I will get a refund. I contacted the local Post Office and they seemed to have had my item on their system but could not find it at the premises. They phoned me two days later saying my parcel was there so I went to fetch it and I am very happy with the quality of the item and appreciate the service from YOINS.
