"I had ordered twice and my orders were wrong.. the first one wrong sizes they just give me back some money as they said the return will be more expensive then I like a dress and decided have a new chance and they sent me the wrong colour... then the solution was I have to make the procedure to return that is really complicated no access to the after service sale and etc..this for the chat service and then put me off from the chat so can't finish my chat and leave e with the problem. So that were their mistake and I have to take all the hard work to have my correct order and they think can have just 10 percent off in my next Order,.. I am sure wont be a next order.. really disappoint and angry

"First, the shipping dates they tell you are completely inaccurate. Then 90% of the items are in backstock. Everything is out of Hong Kong which should be stated on the website but is not. I used the online customer service and had the order cancelled because I think 25 days is a bit long to wait for anything in this day and age. They told me the items were cancelled and a refund would be issued in 72 hours...good to go! THEN I get an email that night that they split the order to ship out items they had AFTER I cancelled the order! I assume they were waiting to ship it all at once to save them money and when they saw my cancellation request they sent what they did have?? This company cannot be trusted in any aspect. "
