"Altho I had ordered filters previously, I was unable to place a order online for the Intake Grille. Chatted with Ty for assistance, he sent me the link for online order but was still unsuccessful in completing the order. Ty then called me and placed the order for me. Very patient and personable. Pricing was also much less that what I had been quoted locally! My unit is almost 10 yrs old and absolutely love the savings that has made on my power bills; I have a 1300 sq ft condo and this one units heats and cools my entire home! Thanx much for your assist! "I needed a part for a very old Mitsubishi Split System Heat Pump. I knew the model number, but nothing more. I described the part and Ty sent me the part number, but I was unable to find it online. No problem for Ty--he first emailed me a picture and then directed me to a link where I could see the part in action to ascertain that I would get the correct part.
Ty gave me all the information I needed, and his text was such a relief from the usual computer generated (AI) response. In fact, his text was so lively in tone that I felt he was smiling all the time.
