"-1-I submitted a ticket to check if the battery for a refurbished phone is good enough and never heard back -2- i spent an hour trying to call them and finally talked to a guy. Went and placed the order and after 2 hrs i got an email saying my phone is not in stock in NONE of the colors. now to get my money back they said i need to initiate a very complicated return process -3- It is extremely hard to get them on the phone. The 347 nr nobody ever answers and the 929 nr you need to call about 10 times and press different random options until THE SAME person answers."
