"Very poor communication. I sent them 3 separate messages asking about my order placed on the 16th and so much for their reply within 24 hours policy! I got Nothing
Now my order is showing as processing and it's been 3 days now and it's still under processing!
I tried to contact them to find out what's going on but have no luck.
It feels very much like a scam to me since they have already charged me and I have no idea what's happening to the order I have placed!
Very disappointed!

Update: Finally got an email from the customer service department. Turned out they are in the middle of a warehouse move this week and the entire customer service is offline. But i now at least know that they have finally shipped my item and i shall patiently wait for my new toy :)
