"Reasonably priced, order process was pretty straight forward, so far so good. Credit card was charged right away so I expected my order to be shipped soon. Next day I received email that some items are out of stock so the order may be delayed. Emailed early on Thursday as to status, received reply on Monday, so much for a 24 hour turn around. Ten days later I was informed that my order was cancelled and refunded.
No refund was posted on my credit account. After five day I contacted them again and after another day was sent a refund statement, still no refund on my card.
If you can't fill an order, don't charge for it. So now I have no product and I have incurred the interest charge for that amount for 15 days. Never again. Beware, do not order from this company, unless you are looking for aggravation."
