"My guitar arrived by Fed X, well packaged. The guitar is immaculate in finish and the molded case is upper crust. I adjusted the string height with the allen wrench and was delighted at the full-bodied sound and the ease of playing.
I have owned Martin, Guild, and other brands and now play a Gibson Hummingbird Artist. The quality and sound of this Zager matches any of them. The extras such as the strap and t-shirt add a nice touch.

"After several months wait due to supplier delays, my ZAD50 OM arrived yesterday and I couldn’t wait to unbox it. I immediately tuned it and played with it a bit and was really impressed. I have owned several much more expensive guitars (a couple of Martins and a couple of Takamines) and, in my opinion, this one sounds and plays better than any of those. The fit & finish are superb. I can't imagine finding a better sounding, playing or appearing guitar at anywhere near this price point.
In addition, their customer service has been very prompt to respond to any inquiries that I made. Even though my guitar is one of the lease expensive in their line the craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent. If I had the means (and playing ability) to justify the purchase of a more expensive model, I wouldn't hesitate.

"I ordered a new Zagreb 12 string guitar back in February of this year. I was told right away that it would be August before it would arrive. I understood it was special circumstances because of the C-19 bug. August came but no guitar. It seems that there was supplier issues for hardware and though the guitar was built, no hardware was available. I was told September would be the new target. I kept in touch and by the end of September still no guitar. I was assured on October 2nd it would be shipped out soon. October 4th it shows up on my doorstep. I was so exited because I was expecting a notice of shipment so I could track it. No notice came but no matter. It was here and in perfect condition. After checking everything, I found the battery in the guitar control panel was dead so a quick change and all was good.
I already have another 12 string that I love and have had for 45 years. But right out of the case the Zager smoked my other one in quality and sound. A major step up. It should not take long to get used to the strings being a little further apart. I already notice a lot less string buzz and it is very easy to play with less pressure. The tone is clear and deep. It was worth the wait. "

The guitar is gorgeous, when I was doing my research on your guitars and comparing them with other options I often wondered how many of the testimonials you read are from someone with a vested interest in the company.

I took the guitar out tuned it and began to play it. All I could say was WOW! This guitar is everything and more than you or any of the testimonials I have read described it to be. "I have a Zager 50CE that is a few years old and I recently had my Fishman tuner quit working. I sent a quick email and asked if there was a way to reset or trouble shoot the unit and I was advised that they would just sent me all new electronics! I received a new unit in the mail about 5 days later and installed it and it is now working like it did when it was new. I was extremely happy to get a new electronic unit without having to send my old one in for repairs. This is amazing customer service and greatly appreciated. The small details are what make a company great and Zager is very attentive to their customers and very responsive to any issues or questions. "

"I purchased a ZAD900 OME from Dennis JR. back in April and absolutely love it. It is great to play, the OM size is perfect for those anytime couch sessions and it travels well. Case is top notch and the built in humidity gauge is really helpful. My brother is a seasoned gigging musician and loved it so much I gave mine to him and am talking to Dennis Jr about ordering another one. I have a Taylor 415CE and a Martin HD28 i love them all but find my self reaching for the ZAD900 more often than not. "

"I’m not a youngster- almost got drafted into the Vietnam Conflict and my wife went to the original 1969 Woodstock festival (or mud field).
I’ve done business with many people in my life. Some of them drove me away from ever wanting to give them a penny again. My experience in dealing with Zager Guitrs has been very rewarding. They answer emails at any hour! The personalization of their communication makes me- the consumer- feel like my business is really important to them and they work to create a bridge for future commerce.
I had a technical question regarding an end pin installation on a ZAD-80. They answered promptly and had good solid information to share.
But ultimately, it’s all about the instrument they create and sell. I own many other acoustic guitars, Larrivee, Yamaha, Takamine, Seagul and a few others. The Yamaha and Takamine are circa 1970’s. The Seagul is mid 1990 and the Larrivee is 2018. It was my ambition to add a Zager to the fold. I found a like new ZAD-80 available for sale and played it on trial. I loved the lighter touch pressure required to create beautiful sounding chords- I strum and flat pick mostly. The sound emanating from the guitar is phenomenal. It shows that much care and thought was involved in its creation.
To wrap up- a great guitar and a small family run company that works to make beautiful music. A final note- they are donating several hundred guitars to their local school system. That investment in itself will creat some really great musicians that we’ll enjoy listening to down the road!!

"I'm new to guitar playing. I've wanted to play for quite some time and I'm retiring from work next year. Not retiring from life though. I decided to take up playing the guitar. I did some research and found the Zager company. I listened to testimonials, watched videos and checked endorsements. After about 6 months I pulled the trigger and ordered a Zager ZAD80CE.
