Not only was it like pulling "eye teeth" to get an answer from a "mattress specialist" through chat they just didn't seem to be able to answer my questins and kept apologizing for the wait... saying it was the "Black Friday" sale rush but I still purchased because I wanted a 100% Botanical Latex mattress, after waiting 2 weeks, getting only half my order and being told "they didn't know where my foundation was" I cancelled the order and had what they sent pickup. I stumbled on to Zenhaven and after at least 30 mins of wonderful conversation with RJ through chat I was convinced that Zenhaven takes pride in their Customer Service and well educates their agents. He/She answered all my question with added information to firmly secure my feelings about my customer service experience. Never did I feel rushed, never did they leave me waiting for minutes before responding and never did I feel they were uneducated on their product. I then had to call in to place my order because I needed to split my payment between cards but the phone was answered quickly by a very polite and informative agent who swiftly put me through the payment option, answered all my questions gave me instruction for up coming steps and in less that 5 minutes I had purchase my new Zenhaven mattress.... "Everything was fine, except the pay with Paypal option doesn't seem to work. After being redirected from Paypal back to the Zenhaven site, I couldn't scroll or do anything on the Checkout screen. Tried in Firefox and Internet Explorer. Tried deleting and cookies and cache and couldn't get it to work. Had to use a different means of payment. Not sure what is wrong, but I've never had issues like this before."
