"The ordering process was simple and the website has a nice design to help me quickly learn about the product.
There is one area that could use some improvement however. Since the design of the bed allows it to "breathe", and that is supposed to be a big factor in the comfort of the mattress through regulating body temperature, I am very concerned about getting the right kind of sheets and perhaps a mattress protector as well. Q1: Is a mattress protector recommended for this bed and if so what brand or design specs should I look for? In other words, I would not want to make a choice on these items that reduces or nullifies the temperature regulating design of the bed or its overall comfort. This needs to be thoroughly discussed on the site to ensure customers don't do something from ignorance that would hurt the overall sleep experience with this high end mattress."
"The phone support has been wonderful. There was always someone to answer my phone calls and give me honest, informed answers. I was also seriously investigating Plushbeds and when i called for information I only got an operator and a promise to get a return phone call that didn't happen. I was able to use their online chat, but it is not the same as talking to a person. I did wind up ordering a mattress and am feeling really good that I made the right choice and am anticipating the rest of my experience with Zenhaven will be very positive."
"Everyone i've had exchanges with has been knowledgeable and so so helpful. I was thrilled to find out that if we needed someone to come up and flip the mattress to try the other side that the trial period would actually be extended another 75 days because they wanted to make sure we were totally satisfied. A follow-up call about my order came as promised.

"Bought the Saatva. Too firm. Got the topper which was helpful. Now I find it warm. My error was ordering the high mattress- 14". Didn't know what to do. Went online to chat with the service dept. No real help. Someone suggested I look up Zenhaven. Talked to Diane. Told her my dilemma. She was incredibly helpful talking to me. We talked for awhile. I hope I love Zenhaven that I anticipate getting soon. Was so close to return the whole bed & go to Sleep Train.

"Whilst the sales people were very helpful, after we bought the mattress we didn't hear anything from Zenhaven despite the promise of contact within 72 hours. We have yet to receive the mattress (which makes sense as delivery time mentioned was 5 - 12 days and it is day 5 now)."
