"Do not book with this travel agency they are a fraudulent company. I booked a hotel stay in June and the hotel granted me a partial refund for inconveniences. The hotel informed me and provided receipts and evidence ZenHotels / Expedia Groups received the refund from the hotel. It’s been over 30 days and ZenHotels today is still REFUSING to refund me the money. Customer service and their managers are incompetent and won’t give me a yes or no if they’ll refund me or a timeframe of when I should receive the refund. It’s been a month and they just give me the run around. Very poor services."
