Terrible service !!!!

"Terrible experience !!!! Part order received. I had to chase up for missing items after a further week. Excuse was that they were moving warehouse but items would be despatched within the week. No delivery again and no explanation. After another follow up email I was then informed that they were not getting further supplies from the supplier.
They are taking orders for products they don't have and are not keeping the customer notified of ant delays.
You might hit lucky (as per some reviews) but do you want to take part in this lottery ?

Poor Service

"Bought a Zoeller sump pump on 3/26/21 with a 3 year warranty. Zoeller says Zoro needs to take care of warranty. Zoro says it’s been over a year 4/19/22 and won’t do anything. Never buy from Zoro again !!"

Lied about sending shipping label

"Zero said they would accept my return and would send a shipping label. The email arrived titled return shipping label but no label attached. Just return ship to address.
After requesting label again and waiting I finally got the label and sent the package back two days before the 30 days were up. They received the package two days late and kept the sink and gave no refund. Ebay sent me an email saying that Zoro asked eBay to review the return and ebay said they did not need to refund me because I was late two days. Ebay never asked me if I had any information to add for this cade that they closed behind my back. This seems like a scam. Unfortunately Ebay may have lost me as a customer as well as Zoro.

Great Customer Service

"The Items I purchased went past the 30 day return policy. Called and spoke to Kathy, explained problem she was very helpful. They gave a full refund and sent shipping label to return items. Will do buy from Zoro Tools again."

SCAM

"So I placed an order on January 30th and patiently waited for the product to ship... ok the shipped and when arrived (February 9) it was not what I order it neither the picture they have on the website, I called right away and was told to wait 4 to 6 business day for an email response... well im here 9 business days after still waiting and no-one has contacted me and still waiting on my refund and return label to send that thing back!!! I was on the phone and after waiting 30 minutes when the representative took the call she have the guts to tell me that the person who took my call on feb 9 forgot to email me back to said the vendor needs pictures (pictures I have since day zero and I offer her right away to send it) now I have to wait more for them to send it to the vendor and find a solution... really??? this is how this 'Zoro' ppl are doing business by robbing customers!!! i will report this on my AMEX this is SCAM!!! Also will file a complaint, I will take this above and beyond this people are ROBBING OTHERS!!!

Quick, responsive and accurate service

"I recently ordered an Empire heater for our cottage; unfortunately, I ordered the wrong heater for our needs. About 150 lbs and I had to return it. Talking with the woman in Customer Service was easy and she emailed me a Bill of Lading to return the item to Zoro AT THEIR EXPENSE! A week later I called and asked if it had been returned to Zoro and when they would credit my Credit Card. I was told the heater had arrived two days previous and I should get reimbursement within 14 days. After 2 days I was notified that reimbursement has been made. Everyone I spoke with or emailed was polite, efficient and professional. They have my highest praise. I shall surely be using Zoro again for other purchases."

Perhaps America's scummiest company

"While they claim "Returns are always easy—saving time and hassle" the reality is nothing of the sort. The return was far from simple with at least 30 minutes on the phone because of their internal policies. In the middle of a pandemic, while people are trying to limit travel and protect themselves, these lowlifes at Zoro want you to drive your return dozens of miles to a UPS drop. We live in a rural area - the local packaging center is open for only a few hours each day. Incredible that Zoro hasn't adapted to current conditions to actually make it easier for customers. I'm done with Zoro - I will never buy from these dirtbags again - I'll pay more just to avoid this company and you should too"

Ordered, after a week advised it was back ordered.

"I ordered a bracket. The price was good. After a week they notified me that it was back ordered and would ship in three weeks. After three weeks they advised it was delayed and would be another 6 weeks. I asked for a refund. A month later, I am still waiting for a refund. Contacting my credit card company........"

Irresponsible & unprofessional. May change your order with no explanation.

"Wouldn't have believed a company would be so irresponsible if I hadn't experienced it myself.

I ordered face masks for $48, as well as two $1 items to have a total price of $50 to qualify for free shipping.

At the time, everything was running normally, everything was marked in stock, everything gave a shipping date within a couple of business days. I got my receipt and invoice for the order in my email.

Several days later, I get another email with my sales receipt - with only the $1 items listed on it, and conveniently the most important item, the masks, missing. No notification, no update, no explanation, just "****", gone.

So I called and emailed them asking what's the deal, how did a product I ordered suddenly disappear from my order, and why didn't anyone tell me. Of course, they just came up with excuse after excuse trying to cover their butts, but none of them held water.

Basically, they are irresponsible and unprofessional in the way they dealt with this. Hiding the fact they cancelled one of my orders. When I called, they said "now it's backordered, it MIGHT be sent after a couple weeks or a month, but that's up to the manufacturer, we have no idea." Funny thing is, it wasn't on back order when I ordered it, it gave an estimated time of shipping, and I got a receipt and invoice for it. They just changed it all after the fact.

So yeah, don't trust this company, they'll do as they please with your order, make changes without updating you, and quite possibly just not fulfill your order (again, without any explanation). Even if you call, they'll just give you the runaround, somehow it's not their fault, it's someone else's fault. So much for customer service.

Worst Internet Purchase I Have Ever Made !

"I ordered an item on 10-11-19 and was given a 7 day shipping time. At this time zoro already knew that the item was back ordered at least 4 weeks. This really messed me over and I lost 2 good jobs from it. After calling several times they kept delaying me more and more until the ship date was 6 weeks out. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I waited. No such luck. Now they have moved the "ship date" until sometime next year at least. Needless to say I have cancelled the order and won't be placing another order soon... make that ever! I could not be more dissatisfied with zoro and I hope others will avoid the same nightmare they have put me through. "
