"The only complaint I have is the add said free shipping UPS Ground. When I tried to order online, I could not find the UPS Ground icon to choose. I chose the cheapest mode UPS Three day Air and it cost $10. I ordered the item and it shipped Friday, Nov. 09. It arrived Wed, Nov. 14. From Chicago to a town just 20 miles South of Dayton, OH should have arrived in that length of time via ground. The product is fine and was priced $70 cheaper than I had found it locally. I would not hesitate to place another order with ZORO Tools and will look more carefully for the UPS Ground icon."

"All went well exept the order was delayed for a number of days by there apperant lack of faith in there own website.
When ordering some gas fittings I had to check a box on the order page to say I was not going to use these fittings for potable water. I have no problem with that.
What I do object to was receiving an email a few days later telling me that my order was not going to ship until I called them and told a sales person that I promised not to use the fittings on potable water. This was a waste of both my and there time."
