Some were to be shipped out later.... it's getting to be really later. Well beyond the 10 day advetised "ship out in 10 days" mark. I was willing to settle for 10 days out + truck time. I have Tracking #'s with my order, but says "tracking unavailbale" for the whole order on my online receipt. What the?? Must mean at 15 days+ now the factory posted statement on the receipt that says "order partially fulfilled" rains true... or the items haven't even left the building. Partially Fulilled, Fully Charged. Tough to explain to clients why their job can't be finished. I'm not real hopeful on seeing the items for a while since we're approaching a holiday week. "

"My experience with ZORO Tools was great. I came to find out about ZORO Tools through Amazon. They had an item "advertised" on Amazon. You could not buy it through Amazon but it was posted there with the price, which was significantly less than the next lowest price. I checked out The ZORO Tools website, and decided to give them a call to make sure the Item I wanted was in fact brand new and not a refurb because some companies don't like to volunteer than information or try to make it as obscure as possible.
