"My order number is D130116111909. I ordered "5 Inch ABF 599 GPS Navigator by Global Positioning System with TV/ FM/ Bluetooth/ for Car - Black" - What I received was without the TV and not the product that they advertised.
They told me to return the product back, which I did cost me another $50 to send it to ahappydeal.com. After a month wait they still sent me the wrong product without TV & Navigator software. It doesn't have the firmware installed. According to the manual it is supposed to come with an SD card with all the software installed - doesn't have that.
I have spent until now $128 on a GPS device that doesn't work ($55 orig price + $23 duty + $50 return shipment). When I contacted their customer service they told me to issue a partial refund, which I am still waiting for and it's May 28.
Stay away from them.
