"I bought a cell phone almost 6 months ago and when I got it it wouldn't charge after 2 days, I had to pay for my own shipping to send the phone back, the 2nd phone that they sent me I had the same problem. I had to pay for my own shipping to send that phone back also. I asked for a refund and they told me that they wouldn't do it (even though their warrenty are returns says that they will if item is found defective within a certain amount of time) I messaged them within 2 days of receiving the phones both times!!!!!They told me that I could exchange the phone for another one. The phone I wanted was 3 or 4 more dollars then what I had spent and told them I would take that phone. They told me I would need to pay them an additional 20 dollars for the phone. At this point I didn't care because I just needed a phone.
They said they would send me a link to send the money so I could get the phone. After over a month of nothing (although I got their adds send to my e-mail account no problem), and me telling them I wasn't getting the link I asked them to send it to another e-mail account. For 2 weeks nothing.
I finally got sick of the waiting and asked them to just refund the money to my account so I could jsut get something/anything for the 150 dollars that I spent. They told me that they could only refund me 130 dollars. I'm not sure why they get to screw me out of 20 dollars but I was willing to take anything. that was about 10 days ago and I haven't seen a dime of the money and now that I said I would take the money they haven't responded to their message that I sent them about the refund. They had no problem getting back to me when they wanted me to send they another 20 dollars, they would responded the next day.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!!! IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PRODUCTS YOU WILL NOT GET ANY OF YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!"
