"I placed an order with this company 1/3/13. I paid for shipping AND insurance. They entered the wrong zip code on my package. It was supposed to be shipped to Abingdon VA, but it was shipped to Abingdon MD. I notified the company of their mistake after tracking the package on the web. They kept asking me to wait, until it was too late to file a claim through Paypal. The U.S.P.S. told me the package was returned to the sender. Since I also paid for insurance, they should have re-shipped my order or given me a full refund. "At first I ordered many products from this company but now they have become scammers. On Dec-3-12 I ordered a touch screen phone to ship by EMS to Trinidad. They shipped by flat rate shipping and never refunded the extra shipping they took for EMS. Instead they offered me 4% last week. When the phone came 46 days after I never worked and I had to reship back to china.
After they gave me refund for the phone but not the extra shipping they took.

I had made another order for a friend on Mar-30-12. Paid for DHL shipping they claimed they shipped by EMS again took higher fees for low cost shipping and told me that they were trying to save me the taxes. I wanted fast reliable service hoping the unit will not get broken with long transit. Tracking they gave me never worked. Then a few days ago told me they shipped to wrong address and need to reship. I asked for a refund but still waiting.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
