"I bought some items 03/10/2013 and paid thru PayPal the same day and figured on no more than 2 weeks max according to their website on shipping to USA and paid for tracking number. The tracking number that was emailed would not work. The next tracking wouldn't work for a week, and then doesn't give up to date info on tracking. You can't get no one on live chat, the phone number for the USA doesn't work, and you get the run around when you file a ticket to get a response. Appoligies are great, along with I'm sorry for your inconvience, but I just want what I ordered and it be good merchandise. These people need to do a lot better than they are doing. I' m giving 1 more day for my order to arrive and I'm filing with PayPal to get my money back. They have made me feel like they are scammers, especially after reading the other reviews on this company."

They answer me very quickly that one of the items was unavailable, giving me the option to wait or to ship the other first, and refund the one not available. Their customer facing approach doesn't stick to the say "the customer always right" or at least "the customer may not always right, but he is always the customer"...
I purchased a $2.1 item to ship to a friend of mine, and few minutes after I ordered, I found out that the address I have entered was wrong.
I have tried to change the address or to cancel the order but there was no option for that. So I have immediately(!!) wrote an email to their support and also sent a Skype msg to their representative, asking to cancel the order. No reply was received and after one day I got a message that the item was shipped.
I wrote to the representative and all she had to say was: "sorry, we had a holiday yesterday so we did not see the message. So sorry, but we cannot cancel now".
I got angry: "why don't you put someone on duty to read important messages or at least read all the messages first thing after the holiday, to see if someone had a problem?" (since they do not provide any option to cancel orders in their user interface). I asked her to refund me, since I have asked soon enough to cancel the order, but this did not helped. What she offered was really insulting: 10% discount on my next purchase. She also refused to take any responsibility and refused to refund me.
I dont really mind the $2.1 dollars but I do mind the attitude. They do not have any understanding, that avoid fighting with a customer on something they should have a responsibility on, will not only be the fair thing to do, but also will cost them less than losing him. They do not understand that a happy customer is a walking advertisement! (not to mention the damages that an unhappy customer may bring...).
I think that a business that fights with you over 2$ item, when it is clear that they have some responsibility, is a big warning signal as to what may happen in the future...
I was testing their business for few small purchases before I moved on to the big ones, with real customers, but luckily I found out on time, that I dont really want to do any big business with them in the future.
I compare their service to TMART, DX, Banggood, Lightinthebox and others, and Im sorry to say that they have to improve their service and their customers facing approach...
To conclude: if you buy from them, the item may arrive and arrive fast, but if there is a problem, don't count on their customer care..."
