"After reading the comments on this page, I realize that ahappydeal is nothing but deception, their prices are satisfactory but seeing that l send you products that arrive damaged or not working, that leaves much to be desired.
Customer service seems really mediocre and has no way of referring to them. The live chat of the worst, one enters and leaves them send an email and it takes more than 24 hours to respond. in my order the item CS00039 D1203161100096136 that when I was in stock (so make the purchase), and after 3 days I say do not. And now I ask them to exchange it for another far of $ 7.00 dollars, so the least you could expect was that his mistake to assume that difference, I get that I have to pay.
Thanks to them I'm losing money, would not seek reimbursement because perdere much more, but I think the comments on this page are a warning never to do any transaction with them is a web of fraud in every sense of the word.
Oh and one more thing the answer given in this page is seen by the system because it is the same for everyone."

"I ordered several items including "Wholesale 90pcs/lot LED Pocket Lamp USD 72.57" All items, except the 90 piece lot, arrived in 35-45 days. Instead of receiving the 90 piece lot, I received just one of the LED Pocket Lamps. It is an understandable shipping mistake. They sent one piece instead of one lot.

Corresponding with their customer service about this has been a nightmare of passive resistance and stalls. My last correspondence from them (March) requested I send photos of the shipping package. Of course this is long gone. A check of their shipping records would have shown the postage they paid on my shipment could not possibly have included the complete order.

It is obvious they are not going to do the right thing, and I have wasted enough of my time on it. Case closed.

"I'm somewhat hesitant with a happy deal. I've had good and bad experienced with a happy deal. The first order I placed with them still in process of resolving that and it was back in Nov when we ordered a tablet. The tablet was received in a timely manner but we have had on going problems with the tablet and has sent it back once and now need to send the replacement back as well. They are trying to make a deal with us to send it back but the cost is very high for us to send it back a second time in order to receive a refund so needless to say I'm out of over a 100.00 I have also order watches from them to re-sell and I must say all of the watch products that I have ordered have been great with the exception of one which was shipped to me broken in pieces and thrown into the box. (order #DD1202121912267056) I sent an e-mail with photos attached about this problem and was told to send it back to china. Well it would cost me more to send it back for a replacement so again I had to eat that cost as well and have not been compensated for it.
I'm very hesitant to shop here again even though the prices are low you know the old saying "you get what you pay for" So far the good things I have purchased did not out weigh the bad things I have received."
