"Ordering from this company has been a horrible experience. I order 2 tablets from them. When I received them 1 would not work and the other one stopped working after a week. I sent them back at my own expense. When they came back only one of the tablets worked and neither tablet included the USB cord. The tablet that didn't work came in a dirty box, had scratches on the tablet, was not wrapped in plastic, and the screen had small thin lines of color on the screen. Bottom line is it was a defective tablet that was returned by another customer. They did not even try to send a working product. There responds is it is not their company's policy to pay for shipping, but when you don't even try to send a working item to the customer their company should be held liable. If there was a way to give them a negative rating it still would not be low enough to accurately reflect the type of company ahappydeal.com is! "aHappydeal must rank as one of the worst online merchants ever. I ordered a phone that when delivered was not correct. I then tried to contact them and for weeks was passed around departments with no answers. I then opened a Paypal dispute which seemed to shake their cage but after lots of haggling I had to return the phone at my expense. Now despite their phony platitudes I have not received a replacement. I am really unhappy about this and will never buy from these crooks again. Should be banned from trading."
